Even after witnessing the harsh conditions, Oliver decides to go a little close at the seashore and have a better view. The waves were high and the rocks nearby were wet and slippery. Despite this Oliver climbed a few rocks with his cell phone in his hand.

Oliver went quite close to the waves and it was not at all safe. His friend who accompanied him to the beach was standing a little far from the shore due to safety reasons, but Oliver wanted to capture a good view in his camera. But as the weather turned violent, Oliver’s friend called him back when he came across an elderly couple.
