The U.S. Air Force still uses this plane today, and they even have a newer version that will be in service for a long time, even beyond 2040. The C-5 Galaxy has been a big help in many U.S. military missions, like in Vietnam, Iraq, Yugoslavia, and Afghanistan. But here’s something interesting – when it takes off, it makes a really loud and unique noise, like a scream.

The NASA Super Guppy

The Super Guppy is a rather adorable plane, considering it’s an aircraft. It’s the newer version of the Pregnant Guppy, made by Aero Spacelines. What’s really fun about it is that there’s a lot of space inside – you could probably fit another whole plane in there! It’s so big and round that it almost looks like a blimp, the kind of airship you might see floating in the sky.

So, while most planes are all about speed and power, the Super Guppy is more like the gentle giant of the aircraft world, with its chubby, friendly appearance. It’s like the teddy bear of planes, and it’s hard not to find it a bit cute in its own unique way.
