The Next Morning

The family sat on the breakfast table still stunned because of the incident that happened last night. Even Bob had started to worry about the creature in the attic. Now he too doubted that something else was there in the attic and not just some rat or lizard. And the creature might be harmful to the family especially Linda as she used to be alone in the house most of the time.

Making Plans

As soon as Bob and Adam stepped into the house they all sat on the dinner table to make plans to see what was there in the attic. Adam suggested putting a camera on the stick and then shoving it up so that it could take the picture of the infiltrator that was dreading them. Would they be able to find out the reason for their sleepless nights?

Clicking Picture

According to the plan, they sneaked a camera from the little opening in the old slats and tried to picture it. After a while when they had randomly clicked a lot of photos they tried to put down their camera. Now they were relieved to some extent that they will catch the culprit. Was it that easy to do so?

Proofs

When they tried to scrutinize the pictures, it was disappointing for them as the photos were not clear and all they could see were some blurred images. They even couldn’t make out what it was but the blurred pictures were enough to tell that it was not just rats or mice. The skin that was captured in the camera seemed to be more like that of a lizard than some mischievous mice. What was it then?

Scratching Their Heads

The pictures had put the family in dilemma now,they knew it wasn’t something they can just leave in the attic and had to do something about it. When they were done scratching their head they thought they need to consult the animal rescuers as it was the only choice they seemed to have. Bob jotted down certain animal trapper’s numbers as the dawn broke.

Animal Rescuers

As Bob himself had a company it wasn’t difficult to search for help and was able to reach the rescuers from his contacts. One of them was his friend so he came running down the street to help his friend. Bob had already warned them about the creature so they had all the equipment ready if there arises any problem.
