Are you a cat person or a dog person? Isn’t that a question we all have heard at least once? Well, this is one of the most trending questions of the new generation and it somehow works in most of the cases. A cat person is more likely to have the characters of an introvert, and open-mindedness, while a dog person had the characters of dogs, like over friendly, and more social.

Well, we aren’t here to discuss what kind of a person you are but to share the unbelievable story of a cat who was left alone with her baby owner when the baby started to have trouble breathing. Bad Reputation

Cats have an attitude, not every attention-seeking owner is easily able to handle. Many times even the owners doubt if their cat loves them or even pays attention to them. Owning a cat is an entirely different experience than owning dogs. Cats need a lot of space, they would act mean at times and will not follow you everywhere you go. However, this doesn’t mean they don’t care for their owners. It’s just that they don’t prefer to over show their feelings.

Roy And Bernita Rogers

Roy and Bernita Rogers was a happily married couple the only happiness missing from their lives was a baby. The pair wanted to grow their family, sadly, Bernita wasn’t able to conceive for the next couple of years. And when she was able to conceive, the situation only became more complicated as well as dangerous. They were no different from the rest of the couples who faced the similar kind of struggles. 

A Cute Little Cat

When Bernita couldn’t find any reason to be happy about, a cute little guest started to show up in her backyard. He was a young stray tomcat who used to hop inside Bernita’s backyard. The cat had big yellow eyes and sharp ears. The cat used to spend complete nights in that place and Bernita thought she should do something for her little guest. 

Feeding The Kitty

Although the cat was scared of Bernita until she started to leave milk and bread for him. The cat soon became familiar with Bernita. There was one specific nature of this little black cat that he used to appear during nights and it was hard to locate him in the dark because of the black fur. The cat was always a little more friendly when compared to other pet cats.

Adopting A Stray

When Bernita told Roy about the cat, he noticed a spark in her eyes that was lost for a long time. Seeing his wife happy, Roy decided to adopt the cat. They took him to the vet, got all the vaccinations done and brought him home. Bernita named him Midnight because of his color. That’s how Midnight became a member of the Rogers family.
