This weirdo is a star-nosed mole. They can be easily identified, thanks to their twenty-two pinkish tentacles-like organs. Don’t know why but this is reminding us of octopus. This star-like organ is known as Elmer’s organ. They live in northern areas of North America and prefers to stay in wet regions.
