The slang must be alien to us but we can tell one thing that the guy who wrote it must have been super pissed by the guy who parked the car in a not so desired way.

Lucy who was returning after finishing her shift at the hospital was eagerly waiting to reach home back to her two kids but, when she reached her house she found a car already parked which was blocking her driveway.
