Their journey started in 1967 when the girl was just 14 and the guy 16 years old. Meet the perfect ideal couple, Jo Taylor and Kevin Taylor. They know each other since school days. They have played, argued, partied, studied and shared most of their childhood things together. Jo was Kevin’s, childhood sweetheart ever since they became friends. As life went on, schoolmates turned to friends to lovers to a couple. It seemed like a short while that they first met and now they had a family of their own. In their home sweet home, they built a world of their own.

A family of their own, a life many people only dream about and nothing ever felt missing until the day they realized how desperately they were in need of a change.

Almost 50 years passed, the couple who chose to walk together on the road of life is now old. They raised 5 children who now live with their families. Over the years, they cherished so many unforgettable memories with their 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. They have been each other’s comfort zone and the best part about the two has always been that they’ve never judged each other on the basis of their looks and style.

Jo and Kevin never had any trust issues in their relationship. They have grown out of the age of immaturity and became adults. As the famous singer Jimmy Buffett said, “wrinkles will only go where the smiles have been.” When Jo and Kevin spend time with their family, everyone learns so much from them that no other life book can teach. They have learned a lot with each other that their kids’ wish to have a happy life as Jo and Kevin.

“He was very handsome and young looking. To me, he was just the same as the Hollywood heart-throb Patrick Swayze,” tells Jo about the days when they started dating. They are no ordinary grandparents as they are always up for life and trying different things. They still roam around the city on their Kevin’s Harley-Davidson motorcycle having fun like newlyweds.

“She was my junior at the school, but there was something about her which attracted me to her,” recalls Kevin who always believed that he fell in love with Jo at the very first sight of her. What happened after years of their togetherness that one fine day they decided to do something unique and uncommon.
